Some top international architects will attend 61st world congress of international real estate federation (FIABCI) in Nuda Dua Bali starting from May 24 to 28 2010.

Congress themed “Save The World: Green Shoots for Sustainable Real Estate” raised four main issues that is innovation, fund, eco property and green tourism.

World-class architect appears as the speaker in this congress is Charles Landry a leading architect from London England. Landry was famous for designing cities for creative industry in the world.

In this real estate congress in Nusa Dua Bali, Landry will become one of the important speakers for eco property theme.
FIABC congress in Nusa Dua would also bring in Tom Wright. Tom is an architect from England famous with his work ‘Burj Al Arab’, a super deluxe hotel in Dubai. The hotel buld for six years now become the icon for Dubai city due its unique and modern design resembles the sail.

This congress in Bali also represents Kennet Yeand and David Makes, two figures known for their commitment toward continuous development in real estate and tourism industry.

Kenneth Yeang is an architect and ecologist who consistently used ecology design in planning his property project for years.

Those who involve lots in skyscrapers and eco master planning development around the world.

The famous Yeang masterpiece was Kowloon Waterfront Masterplan (Hongkong), Solaris (Singapore), and Singapore National Library who achieve Green Mark Platinum Award.

“Besides innovation theme, this FIABCI world congress in Bali also would discuss important trends and issues regarding property industry such as fund, eco property and green tourism. That issues and themes nowadays are the central attention in sustainable industrial development concept,” explained the congress head committee, Pinky Pangestu in Nusa Dua (April 25).
The congress will be open officially by Indonesian President, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono. This congress will be followed by 1000 participants both from inside and outside the country.

The speaker in this congress are those with varied profession and industrial background, starting from government delegation, property businessman, famous architect, monetary industry as well as from tourism sector.

The speakers are comes from varied countries such as United State, Europe, Australia, Asia and Indonesia as the host.
